One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She tends to her Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and money/treasure

Personality: Hugolina hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has never given up on her poetry dream.
