History: Melissa hails from a village terrorized by drow. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
