Emmeline grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Melissa never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
