Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Norman was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
