History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair is long and chestnut with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beatrice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Beatrice. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather, marred by chocolates. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: Adam is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barrister business.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Adam has worked very hard to control his curse. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
