History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to reunite with his old friends
