History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her childhood dream was to be a Bellfounder, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Her green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her brown boots flare out at the collars. Her hair is blonde and curly. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.
