History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adelaide grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adelaide. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Melissa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
