Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears a yellow armored body suit, with a simple red line shooting up and back down. His hair is short and black. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Spice Merchant. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her whip, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. Her hair is auburn and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Carter profession.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. She has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.

Motivation: To be a Carter again; and to clean up the streets

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a pastel vest and prefers violet and pastel shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the right. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Emeny enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Emeny was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to raise her children well
