Through the years after Trym was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Trym's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Trym and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Mary lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She struck the Tanner job and began her own company from there.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Dean was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dean decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
