Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: Born in the north to a Layabout, Katherine learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She struck the Layabout job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ploughman profession.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: Hunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
