History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he typically wears yellow cloth garments or leather armor. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the north to a Sage, Chad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Dyer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. After a long history of fighting, Eleanor and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
