Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Theobald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
