He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired him part-time. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.
