History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and he perpetually has his pickaxe ready. His chestnut hair is lengthy. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her hair is golden and curly. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is a Slave Trader first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a Tailor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Slave Trader job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and to reunite with her absent mother
