He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Banker.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Patrick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and expand his business

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a scythe, but if one is not available she will default to her greataxe. She wears her chestnut hair up. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born to a Sailor, her father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Hadwisa was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hadwisa's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hadwisa and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she's repulsed by the pc
