Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Jocelyn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
