Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Barber father left him crippled. He tends to his Server job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Barber again; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
