History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Avelina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Avelina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Human compassion; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
