History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
