Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. Being a Knight kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Rosamund hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. She became a Bellfounder soon after.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
