History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Galiena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Manfred was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born to a Dilettante, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has never given up on his painting dream.
