History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Personality: Margery is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She tends to her Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a yellow shirt with thin violet vertical stripes and black pants. Her deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugolina grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Hugolina abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
