However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
