History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Miller like his father before him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels threatened by others

History: Tim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Spice Merchant, but he got bored and became a Beggar. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
