History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Maynild was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.

Description: She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'8" when asserting herself. She wears her auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born in the west to a Blacksmith, Geva learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Adelard was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
