History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Arnold was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Emmeline was born with her father's beautiful face. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Emmeline took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
