Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Everard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and to reunite with her old friends
