Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Millicent will drive conversation. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Millicent was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
