Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Unemployed but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. Through the years after Ernest was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ernest's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Ella was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Priest, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears green trousers with tan and brown striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Agnes took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away.

He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He tends to his Apothecary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is unsatisfied with his job
