History: Cecily was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Cecily was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cecily's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She tends to her Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: He was born in the south. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
