Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Millicent was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.
