Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Williamina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her childhood dream was to be a Architect, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
