Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rohesia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Glassblower for the past few years.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
