History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Shipwright, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Susannah grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Susannah abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Nicholas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nicholas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
