Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
