He has taken up work as a Fortune-teller and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
