History: Gifted from a young age, Simon studied abroad. He worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
