Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: William hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When William reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a Mortician soon after.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his father's many stories. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bookbinder. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. Being a Tanner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
