History: Born in the south to a Mortician, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now mingles about in high society.
