Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Anthony was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Ella is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Everard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent mother
