History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
