Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The war was a terrible time for her, and Melissa does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Melissa grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Melissa was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. During her travels, Melissa and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Melissa discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Melissa fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: She was born in a small island village. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
