History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Adelard was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miller. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aldous grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aldous. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
