Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
