Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length red hair. He has amber eyes and a grey hat with a yellow feather.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He wears various colorful collared shirts, and his gloved hand is found clutching a spear. He has a very tight haircut. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born into a rich family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Agnes was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality
