History: Cory was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
