When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
