History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but she was a colossal failure. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahlyssa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Actor, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Actor.
