History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Roland was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Roland decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Roland was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Thomas is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. Thomas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carpenter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carpenter.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light pastel in addition to tight pants. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the right. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants.
